Built a leading wedding and social DJ business, scaling to $850K in annual sales. Sold to a New York-based DJ expanding into the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Sale included a decade of brand equity (numerous awards and reviews on The Knot), professional gear, and a trained roster of DJs.

Built a full-service casino events, corporate DJ, and game show company. Scaled to $8M in annual sales. Sold to a partner-led event booking firm seeking to revitalize its portfolio — including the client list, equipment, and a trained roster of Supervisors and Contract Staff.

Built the largest team-building company in North Texas, expanding into major markets across North America. Scaled to $4.9M in annual corporate sales. Sold to a national team-building company seeking our proprietary program, contractor training system, and Destination Management Company client base.

Created at the request of Dallas Independent School District to provide after-school audio engineering education. Scaled to $8.8M in annual sales and served 19,000+ elementary and middle school students.

Sold to a National After School Provider, which used the program’s curriculum tools to launch eight new programs in their first year of business.
